Guilherme Adamatti Bridi's master's thesis (PESC), "A Statistical Approach to Analyzing the Quantum Alternating Operator Ansatz with Grover Mixer", supervised by Prof. Franklin de Lima Marquezino, received an Honorable Mention in the Clóvis Caesar Gonzaga Award from the Brazilian Society of Applied and Computational Mathematics (SBMAC). 

The award ceremony will be on the first day of the National Congress of Applied and Computational Mathematics 2024 (CNMAC 2024), which this year will take place between the 16th and 20th of September, in Porto de Galinhas-PE.
