Paper with authors from PESC receives the "Best Application Paper Award" at a conference in China
The article "Exploring Personal Knowledge Ecologies: Dealing with Digital Platform Asymmetries" written by Marcos Antonio de Almeida (Posdoc PESC), his supervisor Jano Moreira de Souza (Coordinator of the Laboratory of the Future - PESC), António Correia (University of Jyväskylä) and Daniel Schneider (NCE/UFRJ and PPGI/UFRJ) received the "Best Application Paper Award" from the 2024 27th International Conference on Cooperative Work in Computer-Supported Design, held in Tianjin, China, May 8-10, 2024 .
The article proposes a conceptual architecture for the design of software platforms aimed at supporting the process of prospective formation of personal contact networks by applying the network formation framework presented by the first author in his doctoral work at PESC.
