The University of Santiago de Chile organized the "CUECH (Consorcio de Universidades del Estado de Chile) Journeys of Postgraduates and Posttitles: Challenges and Trends".

The Prof. Emeritus Nelson Maculan (PESC) presented, on December 4, the conference: "Postgrado y su relación con la Industria y el Territorio" - reporting his experience on the subject (Maculan, was Rector of UFRJ, Secretary of Higher Education of the MEC and State Secretary of Education of Rio de Janeiro).
