To celebrate the Memorandum of Understanding between the LNCC and Inria/France, effective until December 2022, the Inria-Brasil Workshop took place at LNCC from 12 to 14 April 2023, co-organized by Inria and COPPE/UFRJ, in which research groups from Brazilian institutions collaborating with Inria presented their research work.

The technical sessions were complemented by three invited talks, round tables on innovation and industry, and the participation of Brazilian and French industry. During the workshop, an agreement was signed between Inria and LNCC to formalize the creation of a new and broad scope of collaboration with LNCC, making LNCC the main interlocutor and national facilitator of collaborations between Brazilian research groups and Inria.
