The paper "Mapping Across Relational Domains for Transfer Learning with Word Embeddings-based Similarity" by Thais Luca Marques de Almeida (Master student PESC), Professor Aline Paes (UFF) and Professor Gerson Zaverucha (PESC) received the Best Student Paper award at the 30th International Conference on Inductive Logic Programming (ILP 2021).

The prize is sponsored by the journal Machine Learning, in the amount of 750 euros. Aline Paes from UFF is co-advisor.

This year the ILP was part of the International Joint Conference on Learning and Reasoning.
