Jhonatan Bernardes Boarim's master's thesis “Quality Assessment of CRM Systems”, supervised by Ana Regina Cavalcanti da Rocha (PESC), defended in November 2020, was awarded 2nd. Place in the Master's Dissertation Contest of the Brazilian Symposium on Information Systems held in June 2021.

Using an evidence-based methodology, the dissertation particularized the ISO/IEC 25010 international standard, identifying quality characteristics that allow the evaluation and selection of CRM systems by the industry considering their specificities.
