PESC has the Best Masters Dissertation in the Thesis and Dissertations Contest in Databases 2017
Renan Souza received the award for Best Masters Dissertation in the Thesis and Dissertations Contest in Databases 2017 (CTDBD), during the Brazilian Symposium on Databases, held from October 2 to 5, 2017, in Uberlândia - MG.
Renan, currently a PhD student at PESC, was awarded for his Master's thesis "Controlling the Parallel Execution of Workflows on a Distributed Database" supervised by Professor Marta Mattoso from PESC.
