Professor Marcia Fampa (PESC) is part of the organizing committee of the scientific program "Discrete Optimization: Mathematics, Algorithms and Computation", which will take place from January 30 to May 5, 2023, at the ICERM research institute (Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics), located at Ivy League Brown University in Providence, RI, USA. 

The program will have the participation of renowned researchers and will have three workshops and a bootcamp on different topics in the area of discrete optimization.
