Papers to be submitted by January 21, 2008

The Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (MSOM) of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) announces a call for papers for the 1st conference of the MSOM Service Management Special Interest Group. The format will closely follow that of the previous
