ProTcXl with Parallel ECLiPSe

For the time being, ProTcXl can be used only when it is guaranteed that all predicates are called from the same worker, i.e. in the sequential mode. This can be done even inside a parallel session, but it is not straightforward. If GUI is needed for a parallel session, it might be simpler to start a separate sequential ECLiPSe process which performs all the display and interface operations and it communicates with the parallel session using pipes or sockets.

The BinProlog Tcl/Tk interface uses only standard I/O and a separate wish process and thus it can be used even in parallel sessions.
